As journalist:

  • Organise visits: testing the right to access by journalists to these often ‘open closed doors’ spaces : you can require the right authorisations for the campaign month in order to make a reportage, write an article, get some sound or images. We are here to help you so do not hesitate to contact us!
  • Spread information on the campaign and on the current conditions of access and of detention in your country
  • Help us inform other journalists.

 

As civil society group:

  • Organise visits: testing the right to access to the detention often ‘open closed doors’ spaces : you can require the right authorisations for the campaign month
  • Spread information on the campaign and on the current conditions of access and of detention in your country to journalists and parlamentarians
  • Provide resources: research, testimonies for the campaign
  • Many other ways: design of visual material, translations, social media and communication (forward the information on Facebook, by email), research, articles writing…

 

As individual:

  • Providing contacts of organisations in your country (with phone numbers, names, email address) that may be taking part to the campaign. You can also help contacting them to present the campaign an get them involved
  • Spread information on the campaign to the relevant organisations and people (journalists, civil society groups, other interested individuals)
  • Organise visits yourself with NGOs and journalists – requiring the right authorisations for the campaign month
  • Many other ways: design of visual material, translations, social media and communication (forward the information on Facebook, by email), research, articles writing.
